Mike entered the insurance profession in 1988 with a scratch agency in Phoenix, AZ.

In 1990, Mike moved his office to the Scottsdale area. The agency has grown substantially since that time. In summer of 2008 Mike Palomino transitioned to full service Independent Broker. The change has been a long time dream to come true. It has allowed the agency to grow to a new level of customer satisfaction & competitiveness.

Mike attended Yavapai College in Prescott, AZ which he earned a 2 year baseball scholarship and went on to receive a full ride scholarship to attend Grand Canyon University. He is currently licensed in P&C, Life and Health, and working toward his series 6 license.

Mike's most honored accomplishment is that he plays an very active roll in his children's sport activities by coaching both in baseball and football teams. He sits on the board as the Vice President of the Cave Creek Youth Football Organization. He is a member of EO "Entrepreneur Organization" and held the moderator position for 2 terms. He is an active member of the of Cactus Foothills North Little league. Mike has also been honored with numerous Insurance achievement awards for the last 20 years.

Mike and his wife Brenda have three boys, Addison, Devon and Easton.

I have been in the insurance field for over 20 years , with a background in commercial insurance, no company is too small to fit with the 10 companies we carry.

My background was mostly in telecommunications, working for Qwest Communications and Cox communications, but I had a strong desire to work in the insurance industry. Now I am living the Dream! I moved to Arizona in 1976 when I was 8 years old. My parents moved out here so we could be close to our family. I am currently engaged to a wonderful woman, Tracy and her two children Gerald age 19 and Kesley age 18 and plan on marrying her in March of next year. I have two sons from a previous marriage, Jonathan and James ages 21 and 24. I proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1985 to 1993 and worked as a Material Handling Specialist. I served in Operations Desert Shield/Storm from 1990 to 1991 helping to support our troops with the supplies they needed. I am currently a member of the Peoria Chamber of Commerce and I enjoy Photography as a hobby.

My name is Yesenia and I have been working for Mike Palomino for almost two years now. I can honestly say that I have learned everything about insurance here. I’m glad that I was given the opportunity to work at a great agency like this one!

I was born in California and moved to Arizona when I was six. I graduated from Metro Tech High School in 2008. My four years there made me the person I am today. I took a variety of special programs they offered there. My favorite being photography and advertising design. On my free time I love to paint, draw, and do photography. In the near future I plan on attending college to pursue my career in either multi-media design or photography.

My name is Angela McIntyre and my background was being in the Travel Industry for 20 years. I did everything from being the main support person for 110 agents to managing a travel agency during that time. The travel industry isn’t as strong as it used to be so I decided to make a career change. I decided to get my insurance license and become an agent. I received my license in April and have been working at Palomino Insurance Agency since May of 2009.

I was born in Bangor, Maine and was an Air Force brat until we moved to Arizona in 1977. I have lived in Arizona ever since except for one year living in Denver. I have been married for almost 20 years and have two teenagers. Our family likes to Snowboard/ski, watch my daughter compete on her horse, and just hang out together, especially during football season.

I was originally born and raised in northern Nevada, my parents moved me out to the great state of Arizona at the ripe old age of 13. I soon fell in love with the heat and sunshine and now I can’t imagine living anywhere else. I am a mother of two great daughters; my oldest who will be 18 in April has already enlisted into the United States Army and my youngest will start middle school next year.

I was introduced into the insurance industry as a promise made to a friend in 1992 and here I still am 17 years later, I guess you can say it is second nature to me now. I have worked for two large captive insurance companies as well as a large commercial brokerage house. I fully understand the need for great customer service and communication skills, I take pride in your trust that you place upon me to protect your family, your business needs and your assets.
